Reply to Shawano Leader, July 17, 2007, Public Record Notices for Shawano Police Department

SIST will fight against Lorna’s lies all the way to the Supreme Court and expose her bigotry. Lorna and her bedfellows, Rod Christensen, publisher, Kent Tempus, editor, and Tim Ryan, reporter, of the Shawano Leader, have been working as a team against SIST for the last 35 years. It’s nothing new.

SIST C.E.O., attorney Naomi Isaacson, told Midwest Times that SIST businesses have not violated any of the laws Shawano Chief of Police, Ed Whealon, claims they have. The citations were given illegally at Lorna’s command to put one more yoke and financial burden to run them down financially. All these years SIST has been silent but that’s no longer going to be the case. SIST is going to put forth a legal battle against Lorna and her Gestapo, the Shawano Police Department. Ever since June 30th at midnight, when the Gestapo arrived at every business and pulled the beer, soda, and cigarette licenses, SIST businesses have not sold anyone a single one of these items. At Lorna’s command, police officers have been making more rounds on SIST businesses than usual, multiple times a day.

All of a sudden, one morning, Lorna got up and put forth a new strategy and told Whealon and Musolff that, “It does not matter. Even though they have not sold a single item since June 30th, we have to crush them financially giving them multiple citations amounting to thousands of dollars. So, what do you think?” They all rejoiced and got excited to do that without any evidence. Lorna then called her Team to be alert.

The Gestapo gave the citations even though the clerk told Whealon and Musolff that they had been following the orders of all the police officers which came to the businesses several times a day and told them what to do since June 30th, midnight. The clerk was told to put out of order signs and cover up certain items and they were following those orders. Whealon ranted, “it does not matter, we have been given orders to give citations.” Orders by whom? Of course, Lorna. “We have been given orders by the mayor to give citations.”

SIST is not in violation and is determined not to pay a penny of the fines and will go all the way to the Supreme Court to fight it. Take a look at Lorna’s best buddy and bedfellow, going to declare her decree.

Again, none of the SIST businesses ever to this day, have violated any statute or ordinance. These are false accusations of Lorna to justify her illegal activity and racial discriminatory actions. Midwest Times is determined to expose Lorna’s bigotry and racial discrimination hiding in her city of Shawano in a black hole.

On Monday, July 16, 2007, when this reporter was distributing Midwest Times articles, one man came out from the Courthouse and told him that Lorna had illegally appointed her grandson to the Shawano Police Department and requested a handful more flyers.
